These folks were so nice. They greeted me and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and well stocked, and I got a hot breakfast. Best of all, my cat was welcome there, too.
Best thing hot water and towells were clean.
Never go back again to this place.
It was conviently located off IH10 west. Close to gas and eateries. Booking was quick and access was easy close to parking. No stairs to climb. I parked right outside the room door. Plenty of ice
Warning stay away. Poisonous spiders and wolf spiders infested in the rooms and entire area. We checked in and checked out all with in 15 minutes. The front office evening staff was rude, unfriendly, cold and sarcastic. The room was dirty and very dated. Spiders all around. Spider in the bed, wolf spiders on the floor and all around. Very very dangerous. We ran with our suitcase to our car and then to the office. They were aware of the problem. They had almost been bitten themselves just sitting in the office. They don't do bi-monthly pest control. They said they see brown recluse, widow and wolf spiders and scorpions. They seemed amused almost in a sadistic sort of way. They were bizarre to say the least. They should not be renting rooms at all until this problem is resolved. Apparently this has been going on for sometime. It's rundown and creepy. You will end up in the ER. Warning

Everything was fine while we stayed. Their breakfast wasn't the usual continental style, but a voucher for the restaurant attached to the building, which was a nice change of pace. The inly complaint I have against them is the lady who checked us in was not friendly at all. She seemed very annoyed that we had the audacity to stay at the hotel and disturb her during her shift. But everyone else was nice. The morning lady more than made up for her attitude and was extremely helpful. Even cane to make sure the pool was unlocked this morning when she saw we were headed there with our son to swim before we got the road. The pool was really clean and comfortable. It was a little cold at first, but you got used to it extremely fast. All in all not a bad place to stay. Also the beds were more comfortable than I thought they were going to be thank god!
Horrible. Smoke free??? No wayyyy.. those rooms are nasty. Carpet never've been cleaned ever. Roaches and bugs. Restrooms dirty and the toilet was clogged.
